Credit Card and regular account payments are accepted through Paypal. Paypal is a secure site and uses the highest level of security and you don’t need to have a Paypal account to use this service.
SHIPPING
In New Zealand, all items are shipped via standard New Zealand Post which takes approximately 2 - 3 business days. International orders are shipped via New Zealand Post standard airmail (unless a courier is requested) and take between 6 and 10 business days. Please note buyers are responsible for any customs and duty fees or taxes.
INSURANCE
Insurance may be available upon request, depending on the purchaser’s country. Should you require postal insurance please contact us prior to purchasing to arrange. We don’t take any responsibilty for lost or stolen packages.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase and if, for a legitimate reason, you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased please contact us within 2 days of receipt. Any enquiries will be evaluated on an individual basis. Please note P&P fees are non-refundable and return shipping is at your expense.
